Listings on the directory are free of charge if you enter them yourself. Others may charge you a fee to enter your business in the directory. Contact any local web designer to request that type of service or check out the advertising rates on the Jaltemba Jalapeño.

The format of the listing and where it gets displayed will change from time to time. In the future we may have paying advertisers on the directory. If that happens unpaid listings will still be available to the non paying public but paying advertisers will be more prominently displayed.

The directory is available to other websites to display inside their websites. They can choose to display only selected categories like local restaurants for example. How they choose to display the data and the prominence they give to each listing is their choice.

Webmasters: Please feel free to add one link to your website. Multiple links to your website are still being explored but if you have advertisers and the only website they have is a page on your website then you can link to their page on your website. If they have their own independent website the link must be to their website. Email addresses like wise must go directly to the client. If you are displaying the directory on your site then you will be allowed a larger number of free links and it will probably be unrestricted within the categories you choose to display.

You are invited to display the directory and the maps inside your website. The directory is specifically designed to fit in an iframe. If you need help with that please contact us. We do require, subject to negotiation, that all listings within a category that does not compete directly with your website must be listed in some basic form. For example if a business is property management we would not expect that website to give free advertising to other property managers. You can, however, choose to have your advertisers more prominently displayed.

All data on the directory is protected by whatever copyright and intellectual property rights apply i.e. all rights are reserved. You must not copy the information or use the directory to contact businesses to solicit their advertising or for any other reason other than the intended purpose of the data. If you want to make them aware of an offering please contact us and we will probably be able to come to some agreement to include your offering in an email to them if it relates to how you display the directory.
